Re Construction of a new dwelling at Land Adjacent to 1 Regency Lawn Croftdown Road London NW5 1HF
CCL Woodworkers Ltd are the Main Contractor undertaking the construction of a new home on behalf of Mr and Mrs Stout of 1 Regency Lawn.
We plan to commence works before the end of June 2024 subject to receiving relevant approval from Camden Council. The build programme is approximately 64 weeks, CCL are members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme No 514177 we have included a leaflet for your information within this communication to outline construction guidelines we work to.
We do not anticipate any major disturbance outside the usual construction process of a single dwelling such as this and we will work in line with local authority guidelines to minimise disturbance to adjoining homeowners and the broader neighbourhood.
If there are any utility connections required to the highway then all affected neighbours and road users will be notified in advance by us and the utility provider with fair notice.
